Ingredients:

  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, un-drained
  • 1 (29 ounce) can peach slices, un-drained
  • 1 (3 1/8 ounce) box dry vanilla instant pudding mix (or ½ the box if desired)
  • 1 pound strawberries, stemmed and quartered
  • 1⁄2 pint blueberries
  • 1 bunch grapes, red or green
  • 1-2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 -2 tablespoon sugar, to taste (optional)

Preparation:

  • In a large bowl, mix the juice from the pineapples and peaches with the vanilla pudding mix. Stir well until pudding is dissolved. Add the sliced pineapples and peaches.
  • Mix in strawberries, blueberries, grapes, bananas and sugar.
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve.
